Global Dialogues Project
To be able to support our more experienced Network Members on a specific theme on global conferences, the award winning Global Dialogues Project (GDP) has been organized since the year 2024. This is a collaborative initiative between WAT-GP and YEE that focuses on creating learning and exchange opportunities for young climate leaders worldwide that have organized themselves in organizations. This project has each year another specific topic, and organizes throughout the whole year capacity-building sessions on those topics, facilitating youth dialogues, organizing exchanges between Global South and Global North countries, and developing advocacy agendas in preparation for the COP that takes place every year. All with the goal to amplify the voices of youth and empower them to lead the charge in developing and advocating for climate justice related topics. The project is designed to support meaningful collaboration and advocacy among youth and environmental organizations from the Global South and Global North, promoting youth engagement in global climate processes.
